My father, Angelo, opened this restaurant because he felt at home in Bandon, and wanted to bring a taste of his roots in Italy to the Oregon coast.
My dad always told my siblings and me, "You can smell when the food is ready."
During his childhood, his mother would say the same at her restaurant in Rome. He was raised in an apartment above his family's restaurant, so the restaurant itself was also home to him. He would also tell us, "This restaurant isn't just about the food, it's about creating a memorable experience with food."
It's our hope to uphold Angelo's outlasting tradition of serving fresh, delicious memories of home.
